REFUNDS AND RETURNS +

Saint Clair garments are intimate pieces, crafted with precision, hygiene standards and luxury materials. For this reason, we maintain a strict returns policy to protect all customers and preserve the integrity of our products.

Hygiene & Eligibility

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on the following once opened or tried on:

  • Briefs

  • Thongs

  • Bodysuits

  • Playsuits

  • Any item with a gusset

  • Any lingerie set where the bottom piece has been opened or handled beyond inspection

Once intimate apparel has been worn or tried on, it cannot legally or ethically be returned.

Bras, Harnesses & Accessories

We accept returns on bras, harnesses and non-gusseted pieces provided that:

  • The item is unworn

  • All tags and hygiene seals remain attached

  • The item shows no signs of deodorant, makeup, perfume or wear

  • It is returned within 14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
Manufacturing faults will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. This does not include damage from wear, misuse, improper washing, or handling.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges on eligible items. To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn

  • All tags and hygiene seals must be intact

  • The garment must show no signs of wear, stretching, deodorant, perfume or marks

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery

If the size you need is in stock, we will reserve it for you once your exchange is approved.
If unavailable, you may choose a refund (where applicable) or store credit.

Intimate bottoms, bodysuits, and gusseted items cannot be exchanged once opened.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email our Client Care team at hello@saintxclair.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item.
We will confirm whether the item qualifies under the conditions above.
