Saint Clair is a luxury intimate apparel brand offering limited-edition garments designed and produced with high standards of quality and hygiene.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, measurements and images are accurate. Due to differences in screens, lighting and photography, colours may appear slightly different in real life. Sizes and fit guidance are approximations. For intimate apparel, individual fit may vary.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at checkout using our approved payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal or credit/debit card).

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the moment of purchase.

5. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • An item is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • Fraud or security concerns arise

  • The address information is incomplete or invalid

You will be notified if this occurs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from our studios in London or Mauritius, depending on availability and destination. Delivery times are estimates only. Saint Clair is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes. 7. Returns & Exchanges (Intimate Apparel)

Due to hygiene standards, returns and exchanges are restricted.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Briefs

  • Thongs

  • Bodysuits

  • Playsuits

  • Any item with a gusset

  • Any lingerie set where the bottom piece has been opened or handled beyond inspection

Once intimate apparel has been tried on, it cannot be returned.

Size exchanges

We offer size exchanges on bras, harnesses and other non-gusseted items if:

  • The item is unworn

  • All tags and hygiene seals are intact

  • There are no signs of wear, deodorant, stretching, perfume or marks

  • The request is made within 14 days

If the requested size is in stock, we will reserve it once the exchange is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final sale items

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless faulty. Full details are available in our Returns Policy.

8. Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Faults caused by wear, misuse, improper storage or incorrect washing are not covered. We will assess the item and may offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

This is at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on saintxclair.com, including designs, photographs, text, logos, graphics and product imagery, is the property of Saint Clair.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute
